Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Avros Hub, ordering digital PC services, requesting support, and using the website. Read them fully before placing an order.

PC ONLY — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, Avros Hub services are exclusively for GTA V on PC. We do not support PlayStation, Xbox, or other console platforms. If you are not playing on PC, do not proceed with your order. No refunds will be issued for console users who purchase PC-only services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Avros Hub, browsing the website, creating a local customer profile, adding products to cart, submitting checkout details, or contacting support, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Permission

By ordering, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method, Discord account, email address, and account information you provide.

3. Services

Avros Hub provides premium digital PC service packages, account setup support, boost-style packages, order coordination, and related customer support. All sales are conducted through our website or the official support/order channels linked on the website.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, refuse, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. Product names, images, badges, and marketing descriptions are promotional labels; the product page, checkout summary, and order notes define the actual service being purchased.

4. PC platform, licenses, and customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for owning a legitimate GTA V PC copy and providing accurate order details. Avros Hub does not guarantee that a fresh account can play GTA V unless the customer owns or supplies the correct PC license. Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase.

You are responsible for reviewing whether a requested service is allowed by any third-party platform, game, launcher, marketplace, payment provider, or community rules that apply to you. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against accounts, licenses, characters, inventories, or online access.

5. No affiliation

Avros Hub is an independent service website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Epic Games, Steam, Valve, Discord, Stripe, Google, or any other third-party brand mentioned on the site. All third-party names are used only to identify platform compatibility, payment/support tools, or customer instructions.

6. Orders and delivery

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Most order updates are handled through the email address or Discord username provided at checkout. Delivery may be delayed if the customer provides incomplete details, does not respond to support, selects the wrong platform, orders during high demand, or requests changes after purchase.

Avros Hub may refuse, cancel, or pause orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, risky, technically impossible, outside the product scope, inconsistent with these Terms, or likely to create support or security issues.

7. Prices, currencies, and fees

Base prices are stored in USD. The currency selector can display estimated converted prices using BNR/NBR exchange-rate data where available. Payment providers may apply different exchange rates, card fees, taxes, or processing fees. The final amount shown by the live payment provider is the amount that controls the transaction.

A processing fee may be shown at checkout. Discount codes, bundles, special offers, and promotions may be changed, removed, limited, or refused if misused or displayed incorrectly.

8. Payment processing

Payments should be processed through secure hosted payment providers such as Stripe Checkout or another compliant provider. Avros Hub does not directly collect or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or raw payment credentials inside the website.

9. Warranty Policy

Eligible services include a 15-day assistance warranty unless a product page clearly states a different warranty period. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase or delivery, depending on the product and the support record.

This warranty applies only if our team determines that a ban, delivery issue, missing item, or other eligible problem was caused by a fault on our end. After the 15-day warranty period, any issues that arise are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless we voluntarily decide otherwise.

Our team reserves full discretion in determining whether an issue qualifies for warranty coverage. Warranty claims must be submitted through a support ticket or official Discord support channel within the warranty window and must include order proof, the order ID, and a clear description of the issue.

Warranty support means Avros Hub will review the issue and assist where reasonable. It does not guarantee a cash refund, unlimited rework, compensation, or coverage for issues caused by customer actions, third-party enforcement, platform changes, account sharing, incorrect details, unsupported platforms, or failure to follow instructions.

10. Refund Policy

Digital services are generally non-refundable once work has started, access has been prepared, delivery has begun, or the order has been completed. Refunds before work starts may be reviewed case by case.

Refunds will not be issued if an issue was caused by your own actions, incorrect information, wrong platform selection, account sharing, chargeback abuse, failure to follow instructions, unsupported platform use, or changes made after delivery.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are only granted when our team confirms the issue was caused by us. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.

Console disclaimer: If you are on console (PlayStation, Xbox, etc.) and purchase a PC-only service, no refund will be issued. Please ensure you are selecting the correct platform before completing your purchase.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are responsible for:

  • Following all instructions provided before, during, and after your purchase.
  • Providing accurate order, email, Discord, platform, and account-related details.
  • Responding to support messages in a reasonable time when needed for delivery.
  • Not engaging in activities that could compromise the integrity, safety, or stability of your account.
  • Not reselling, redistributing, transferring, or sharing purchased services without written authorization.
  • Understanding that actions taken on your account after delivery are your sole responsibility.

12. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials, emails, passwords, two-factor authentication settings, recovery codes, Discord accounts, or other information associated with your purchase. Avros Hub is not liable for unauthorized access, loss, account damage, or support issues resulting from your failure to secure your information.

Do not send unnecessary private information through Discord or checkout notes. If sensitive access is ever needed for a legitimate support reason, use only official support channels and change credentials after service completion.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Avros Hub, checkout, support, or Discord channels to:

  • Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team.
  • Provide false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information during purchase, delivery, or warranty claims.
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass our website, checkout, support tools, or services.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, dox, blackmail, spam, or intimidate our staff, customers, or community members.
  • Use stolen payment methods, stolen accounts, unauthorized credentials, or third-party data without permission.
  • Attempt to receive free services through false claims, repeated refund abuse, duplicate disputes, or manipulation of support policies.

14. Termination and refusal of service

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate local website access, cancel orders, restrict support, or deny future purchases at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, harassment, unsupported requests, chargeback abuse, security risks, or violation of these Terms.

15. Website accounts and local storage

Customer accounts may use secure third-party authentication and browser storage to keep users signed in, remember cart details, save preferences, and support order-history features. Customers are responsible for keeping their email, password, Discord account, and device secure.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avros Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, platform-related, or third-party damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. This includes lost access, third-party account action, payment-provider holds, lost progress, unavailable servers, game updates, customer-provided incorrect details, or unsupported platform purchases.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

17. Changes to products and Terms

Products, prices, features, images, delivery estimates, warranties, and these Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
