Refund Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026. This page summarizes the Avros Hub refund and warranty rules. The full Terms of Service remain the controlling agreement.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, Avros Hub services are for GTA V on PC only. Console purchases of PC-only services are not eligible for refund.
Digital service policy
Digital services are generally non-refundable once preparation, delivery, account work, support work, or order processing has started. Refunds before work starts may be reviewed case by case.
Wrong platform orders
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct platform. If you are on PlayStation, Xbox, or another console and buy a PC-only service, no refund will be issued.
Customer-caused issues
Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by customer actions, incorrect details, failure to follow instructions, account sharing, unsupported requests, third-party enforcement, or platform changes outside our control.
Warranty claims
Warranty claims must be opened through support within the stated warranty period. Our team reviews the order details, evidence, and support history to decide whether assistance applies.
Payment disputes
Customers should contact Avros Hub support before opening chargebacks or payment disputes. False claims, abuse, duplicate disputes, or attempts to receive free services may result in refusal of future service.

Open a support request with your order ID, email/Discord username, product name, platform, and clear explanation of the issue.
