• Discord username or Discord ID — used for service delivery, support coordination, and warranty communication.
• Order details — products selected, cart contents, custom account configuration, discount codes, order IDs, transaction IDs, payment status, processing status, delivery notes, and warranty status.
• Support ticket content — messages, screenshots, files, issue descriptions, and any information submitted through our ticketing or Discord support process.
• Checkout information — notes you provide, selected currency, local order ID, and checkout form details needed to process the order.
• Local browser data — cart contents, currency preference, Firebase authentication state, local cart/order fallback data, locally created order IDs, and BNR/NBR exchange-rate cache entries.

2. Information collected by third parties

When a real payment provider is connected, payment information should be processed directly by that payment provider. Avros Hub should not collect or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or raw payment credentials inside this static website.

Discord, Google, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting providers, anti-fraud tools, and support platforms may process information under their own privacy policies when you use those services.

Firebase Authentication and Google Login

If Firebase Authentication is enabled, Avros Hub may use Firebase to create and manage customer accounts, authenticate email/password sign-ins, send password reset emails, and support Google login. Google may process sign-in data under its own privacy policies when you choose those providers. Firestore may be used to store account profile settings, Discord username, and order history linked to your Firebase user ID.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Processing, verifying, and fulfilling your orders.
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries.
• Sending order confirmations, receipts, delivery updates, and important purchase information.
• Coordinating support through Discord or support tickets.
• Reviewing warranty claims, refund requests, payment disputes, and fraud concerns.

• Preventing fraud, unauthorized transactions, chargeback abuse, and website misuse.
• Remembering cart contents, currency preference, and local order status on your device.

If Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, or other advertising tools are enabled, Google tags may load in consent-denied mode for tag diagnostics and consent handling. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain denied unless the visitor accepts optional analytics. If advertising features are enabled later, add the required ad disclosures and consent controls before collecting advertising data.

7. BNR/NBR exchange-rate requests

The currency selector may request public XML exchange-rate data from BNR/NBR. Your browser may contact the exchange-rate endpoint directly so prices can be shown in supported currencies. If that request fails, fallback rates are used for display only. Final payment amounts, fees, taxes, and currency conversion may be controlled by your payment provider.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS-ready hosting configuration, security headers, customer account authentication, and a checkout layout designed to be connected to a secure payment provider. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information and should keep their own accounts, emails, passwords, two-factor authentication, and recovery details secure.
