Avros Hub is built to make every order feel clear, protected, and easy to track. This page explains the customer-facing safety measures used across checkout, accounts, support, and order handling.
Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, Avros Hub services are for GTA V on PC only. PlayStation and Xbox users should not purchase PC-only services.
Secure checkout
Real payments should be processed through trusted hosted payment providers such as Stripe Checkout. Avros Hub should not collect or store raw card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credentials inside the website.
Encrypted connection
When the site is published on a proper domain, customers should access it through HTTPS. HTTPS helps protect information submitted through login, checkout, account, and support pages while it travels between the browser and the site.
Account protection
Customer accounts support email/password login, password reset emails, Google sign-in, account sessions, and safer account management.
Privacy protection
Avros Hub should only collect information needed to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with service obligations. Personal information should not be sold. Payment information should be handled by the payment provider, not stored directly by Avros Hub.
Order verification
Customers receive or enter an order ID and contact information to check order progress. Typical statuses include In process, Being created, Delivering, and Completed. If an order cannot be found, customers should open a support ticket with proof of purchase.
Fraud and abuse prevention
Anti-bot protection and backend verification can be used for checkout and support forms to help reduce bot submissions, fake requests, and spam.
Support after purchase
Customers can use the Support page or Discord support center to ask questions, request order updates, or submit warranty claims. Support should never ask for payment through fake DMs or unofficial links.
Warranty assistance
Warranty support is handled according to the Terms of Service. Claims should be submitted within the stated warranty period through the official support channel and may require order details, contact information, and a description of the issue.

Use only the links shown on the Avros Hub website and official Discord server. Avoid fake payment links, impersonator DMs, and servers claiming to represent Avros Hub without being listed on the official site.
