Are services PC only?

Yes. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, Avros Hub services are for GTA V on PC only. Console users should not purchase PC-only products.

How do I order?

Choose a product, add it to cart, go to checkout, enter your email and Discord username, complete payment when payments are connected, and save your order ID.

How do I track my order?

Use the Order Status page with your order ID and the email or Discord username used at checkout. Typical stages are In process, Being created, Delivering, and Completed.

Do I need an account?

You can browse without an account. Creating an account lets you manage account settings and view saved order history.

What login methods are supported?

The site supports email/password and Google sign-in for customer accounts.

What payment methods are supported?

The site is ready for Stripe Checkout through backend functions. Payments should only be enabled after test mode/sandbox works and secret keys are added as backend environment variables.

Do you store card details?

No. Real card payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. The website does not collect or store raw card numbers or CVV codes.

What is the warranty?

Warranty support is handled under the Terms of Service. Claims must be submitted through official support within the stated warranty window and are reviewed case by case.

Can I get a refund if I buy the wrong platform?

No refunds are issued for console users who purchase PC-only services. Always confirm your platform before ordering.

How do I contact support?

Use the Support page or the official Discord invite linked in the footer. Avoid fake DMs, fake payment links, and impersonator servers.
